A New Partnership

CSRA Federal Credit Union became a division of Associated Credit Union November 1, 2009. The merger formed a partnership unique to credit unions. Members will continue to see the same friendly faces at the branches and enjoy the many benefits of CSRA. In addition, all the benefits of Associated Credit Union
are available now.

Chartered in 1930, your credit union now serves 150,000 plus members. Associated Credit Union and its Augusta Division provide members with great covenience. There are four offices in Metro Augusta and twenty eight offices in Metro Atlanta.
Using Online Banking
  • Sign on with your new account number
  • Your existing password works if it is less than eight digits long and does not have any special characters
  • If you have a password longer than eight digits and a special character, ACU has reset your password to the last four digits of your Social Security Number. After you sign in, you will be prompted to change this password. You can then change it to a password of your choice
  • Set up a challenge question for your security

 

Use Bill-Pay?

You can continue to use your current Bill-Pay until December 31. This will give you time to enter your merchants in the new Online Banking Bill-Pay service.
